How to get around
Eindhoven Airport The modern Eindhoven
Airport has daily direct flights to 12 destinations within Europe, amongst
others Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, London Heathrow, London Stansted,
Manchester, Birmingham, Brussels, Paris, Hamburg and Zürich. During the
summer period there are also holiday flights to Turkey, Greece, Mallorca,
Portugal and France. Being a smaller airport the arrival and departure
procedures can be carried out with some speed. There is a free car park
and the airport is about 10 minutes drive from the center of
Eindhoven.
Eindhoven Central Station The Central
Station can be found on the edge of the city center. There are good
connections to other cities in the Netherlands, with trains departing to
Maastricht, Utrecht, Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam and Roosendaal on a
frequent basis. It is also possible to travel by rail to destinations in
Germany, Belgium and France.
At the north end of the Central Station is the bus station, from where
city buses depart to practically every part of the city and regional buses
to nearby towns and villages. Business School Notenboom is a mere 10
minute’s bus ride from this bus station. Taxis are also available outside
the Central Station.
Ofcourse it is always possible to rent a car, or bicycle for that
matter. The VVV-Tourist Information at the south end of Central Station
can give you more information about car and bicycle rental.
